Mitchell Taras

Mitchell Taras is an associate at Sadis & Goldberg LLP. Mitchell's experience includes all types of commercial litigation matters ranging from contractual disputes, securities law, landlord/tenant matters as well as lemon law. He also has experience in real estate transactional matters ranging from residential closings to complex commercial closings and financing.

Mitchell graduated in 1993 from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. He graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1996 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1997. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mitchell is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
