Jodi Hansell

Jodi L. Hansell is of counsel at Sadis & Goldberg LLP and a member of the Corporate and Financial Services Groups. Ms. Hansell specializes in the formation and regulatory compliance of hedge funds and venture funds, and regularly counsels them in connection with venture capital financings, securities offerings, joint ventures and strategic alliances, corporate governance matters. She also serves as outside general counsel to various emerging companies. Ms. Hansell regularly drafts and negotiates the documents and terms necessary to complete private equity offerings and various other business transactions.

Prior to joining Sadis & Goldberg LLP, Ms. Hansell worked for a Seattle based law firm in both the Seattle and New York offices. Ms. Hansell started her career at Arthur Andersen in the London office. Ms. Hansell's clients are based all over the United States and Europe.

Ms. Hansell received her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in 1996. She received her B.A. in Economics from the University of Manitoba in 1992. Ms. Hansell is a member of the Washington State and New York Bar.
