Elizabeth Teira Elizabeth Teira is an associate at Sadis & Goldberg LLP in the firm’s Corporate and Financial Services Group. Ms. Teira is involved in the structuring, formation, capital raising and regulatory compliance of hedge funds. Prior to joining Sadis & Goldberg LLP, Ms. Teira was an associate in the corporate and securities group of a large D.C. based law firm, where she concentrated on general corporate and securities matters affecting corporations, general and limited partnerships and limited liability companies. During this time, Ms. Teira represented clients in mergers and acquisitions, public offering, securities filings and corporate governance matters. Ms. Teira received her J.D. cum laude from Tulane University School of Law in 2002, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board and appointed to the Order of the Barristers. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University. Ms. Teira is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and the District of Columbia.
